⦁ Update client files and order office supplies, and assist in invoicing.
⦁ Work closely with the accounts department to deliver an accurate purchase and sales ledger.
⦁ To manage the administration of all paperwork through the department.
⦁ To protect the company’s interest while delivering warranty and aftersales to customers who have bought vehicles, as well as garage workshop customers.
⦁ Creating job cards and ordering parts for the following days work.
⦁ To up sell garage products and services, as well as taking on new bookings.
⦁ To administer the work flow by organising and allocating work to a team of technicians to the repairs that are needed.

The Key Skills, Experience and Requirements

Most companies like you to be able to work well under pressure, in a fast paced and demanding environment. Moreover, you are required to have good organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.


Furthermore, being able to build and maintain relationships with other team members within the business, customers and suppliers is one of the key requirements. It is very important to have good communication skills and outstanding customer service.
